The flexible identity system references August’s core principles of change, transparency, and joy, and its application reflects the dynamic process of organizational redesign. August has since consulted for multiple Fortune 500 companies, grown from 6 to 15 team members, opened a London office, and launched the podcast Emergent Agenda.
